Claudio G. Requino II

Atty Claude is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA London-Worldwide), American Bar Association (ABA), New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) and the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP). He is a constituent in Multidisciplinary Practice Committee and a member of Asia Pacific Forum Committee of International Bar. He is also a member of the Business Law division of the American Bar Association. He is member of committee on International Litigation for Commercial and Federal Litigation at New York State Bar. Atty Claude has representations in the US, UK, Germany, Singapore and Philippines.Before his career in the legal profession, Atty Claude, was a practicing private investigator. He is a licensed private detective with specialization in commercial and industrial-crime investigations. Working with a top risk assessment firm, Atty Claude had gained first-hand experience in risk analysis, crisis management, and investigation strategies. He had investigated and countered pilferages, theft, arson, smuggling, and counterfeits. He had established network and ground roots for prompt, efficient, and cost-effective dealings with government agencies and non-government organizations. He had worked elbow to elbow with the country’s finest agents in police and NBI and with international detectives. Atty Claude is currently a seasoned litigation lawyer and corporate counsel. He has several retained corporations which he provides legal consultation on corporate affairs, inter and intra corporate controversy, merger & acquisition, liquidation and compliance with Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

Rico L. Villanueva

Atty. Rico has extensive experience in a government corporation in the field of legal services, corporate compliance and fiscal administration. He has successfully investigated and prosecuted several medical and financial fraud cases, where he had acquired set of skills and experience in litigation and case management. He was part of the Legal Team who obtained favorable judgment concerning cases against health care providers with the Court of Appeals and Supreme Court.
He has had successful career as Budget Officer, Fiscal Controller, Legal Researcher, Special Investigator, Senior Prosecutor/Division Chief, Attorney V Designate, Chairperson of the TWG for Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) on Procurement and Legal Risk Management Officer. With these valuable work experiences, he had applied and learned internal control principles, attention-to-details discipline, critical thinking techniques, people management and negotiation, approaches on corporate compliance and legal risk management which are considered essential tools in the practice of law.
Being a business administration graduate, holder of a master’s degree in fiscal administration, and highly experienced fiscal controller, Atty. Rico is adept of business law and its practices, corporation law and compliance matters, government budgeting, accounting, auditing rules and regulations.

Julius L. Danas

Atty Julius has been in the banking industry for more than 20 years and now specializes on mergers and consolidation of companies, mercantile law, and civil law. He has corporate spine that make him jack of all traits from corporate due diligence, compliance, to litigation.
He has strong background working with Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), Monetary Board, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and Non-Bank Financial Institutions. He facilitates the formation of juridical persons, acts as professional nominee for company, partnership, or a similar position in relation to other juridical persons.
Real estate law and estate planning had been the upper hand of Atty Julius. He provide strategic approach to cut cost in transfers of property and assets. He is a commissioner at property foreclosure and property settlement both judicial and out of court subdivision of assets.
Atty Julius is a troubleshooter and gives workable solutions to legal infirmities. He likewise provide his expertise in Settlement of Estates, Partition, Family law and Real Estate.
